GT Germany advises All3Media regarding the extension of its joint venture with BBC Worldwide

BERLIN, Oct. 7, 2015 - Greenberg Traurig Germany (GT Germany) has advised TV production and distribution company All3Media Deutschland GmbH (All3Media) on the redesign of its joint venture with BBC Worldwide Ltd. During this process the cooperation in the joint production company Tower Productions GmbH has been significantly expanded.
 
As part of the expansion, the operative business of MME Me, Myself & Eye Entertainment GmbH, including current productions and employees in Berlin and Cologne, will be transferred to Tower Productions.
 
In addition to the existing exclusive access to the international non-scripted format rights catalog of BBC Worldwide, Tower Productions will also have exclusive access to the non-scripted format rights catalog of ALL3MEDIA in the future. All productions for the German-speaking market of the two companies in this area will be implemented by the joint venture. Arne Kreutzfeld and Philipp Schmid will take over the management of Tower Productions.
 
The implementation of the reorganization is still subject to approval by the competition authorities.
