Durst Can't Make Amazon Sign Lease In $25M Contract Row

A New York judge on Thursday trimmed a claim from One World Trade Center developer The Durst Organization’s $25 million breach of contract action against an Amazon.com Inc. subsidiary for backing out of a $20 million-per-year lease, saying there’s no actual lease on which to base the claim.
