Greenberg Traurig Duo Represents Lionheart Capital LLC in Partnership with Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas

ORLANDO, Fla. June  18, 2015Michael J. Sullivan, a Shareholder in the Orlando Real Estate and Hospitality practice of international law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A., and Associate Brandon K. Hueber, recently represented longtime client Lionheart Capital LLC, developer of The Ritz-Carlton Residences Miami Beach and The Ritz-Carlton Residences Singer Island, Palm Beach, in negotiating the management agreement with Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas to exclusively develop Six Senses resorts, spas and residences in Nicaragua. The Six Senses properties in Nicaragua will be owned by Lionheart and operated by Six Senses.

Six Senses currently manages 36 luxury properties across Asia, the Middle East and Europe, and plans to double in size over the next three years.

Sullivan, who serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Hospitality Group, has wide-ranging experience in the acquisition, development, finance and disposition of properties. Hueber provides counsel to REITs, investment funds, developers, lenders and related other clients. Both are members of Greenberg Traurig’s award-winning real estate and hospitality groups.
