Greenberg Traurig LLP added yet another new face to its growing private equity practice in New York, this time nabbing a corporate finance professional from Mayer Brown LLP, the firm said on Wednesday.
Todd E. Bowen, who spent 16 years at Mayer Brown, brings with him a broad range of corporate finance expertise with a particular emphasis on leveraged buyout debt financing, dividend recap financing and cross-border financing, the firm said.
Bowen’s roster of clients includes private equity sponsors, leveraged buyout funds, debt investment funds and other issuers and U.S. and international debt and equity securities, according to a statement.
Richard Rosenbaum, the firm’s executive chairman, said that Bowen’s arrival is part of Greenberg Traurig’s ongoing efforts to meet clients’ needs as private equity continues to evolve.
