“Our unwavering focus on our firm's ‘Independence Day’ strategies, our values of respect, trust, collaboration and empowerment and the ability to remain flexible in all times have kept us strong, now for nearly 50 years,” Executive Chairman Richard A. Rosenbaum said in a statement. “Our firm's performance has remained steady as a result of loyal clients who we deeply value, a disciplined business model and an incredible talent base that is empowered and refuses to lose.”

Rosenbaum also said that the number of female attorneys at the firm has increased by more than 8 percent, and minority lateral hires rose 30 percent and minority promotions were up 4 percent.

“These are important figures that illustrate our focus, not on growth for growth's sake, but on providing a well-managed environment for clients and attorneys alike with opportunities based on merit,” Rosenbaum said.
