Other major cases and case trends in major state court actions will also be considered.

With her broad range of experience representing clients in the financial services industry, Stocker leads a core group of attorneys in multiple offices across the country with substantial mortgage banking litigation experience, representing clients in individual borrower cases as well as class actions. While in-house, she oversaw class action litigation and managed in-house litigation management processes. She has experience with a wide range of legal issues affecting the industry, including fair lending, loan origination and servicing, repurchase issues, vendor management, HOA liens, and reverse mortgages, among others.
