ATLANTA – May 24, 2016 – Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Lori G. Cohen will speak at HarrisMartin Publishing’s MDL Conference taking place May 25, 2016, in Chicago. The conference is focused on “Bet the Company” Mass Tort Litigation - Perspectives from Both Sides of the 'V,' the Bench, and Academia. Cohen, chair of the firm’s Pharmaceutical, Medical Device & Health Care Litigation Practice, will be participating in a panel, “Multi-Plaintiff Trials ... What’s the Plan B?”
Cohen has a national litigation practice focusing on product liability litigation and specifically, medical device and pharmaceutical litigation. She was profiled in Law360’s 2015 “Trial Aces,” 2012 "Top Female Trial Attorneys," The Financial Times, and The National Law Journal’s “Winning - Successful Strategies From Some of the Nation’s Top Litigators,” a special report recognizing 10 attorneys from across the United States.
