Greenberg Traurig’s Tom McKee Elevated to Shareholder in Northern Virginia

MCLEAN, VA – March. 14, 2017 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP elevated Thomas J. McKee, Jr. to shareholder in its Northern Virginia office.

McKee focuses his practice on business litigation and related bankruptcy matters.  He counsels and represents businesses and executives in connection with a wide variety of disputes, including breaches of contract, breaches of fiduciary duty, misappropriation of trade secrets, employment matters, construction disputes, class action defense, and government/internal investigations.  His practice regularly involves handling disputes confronted by emerging growth technology companies and start-ups.  He works with financial institutions to litigate and resolve various types of lending and commercial disputes, including issues relating to loan origination and servicing, lien priority, financing matters, and creditors’ rights.  McKee also maintains a bankruptcy practice involving issues that arise from Chapter 11 reorganizations and liquidations, adversary proceedings, preference actions, and liquidating trustee representations.
