PHOENIX – May 17, 2017 –Walter Howl joins Greenberg Traurig’s Phoenix office as Of Counsel in the firm’s dynamic Corporate and Securities Practice. Walter brings with him 15 years of experience and will concentrate his practice on corporate and commercial real estate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities, general corporate and business law, real estate financing transactions, acquisition and disposition of improved and unimproved property, leasing, and title issues.
Walter joins Greenberg Traurig from a transactional boutique firm in Phoenix. He earned his J.D. from University of Michigan Law School and his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
