LAS VEGAS – Oct. 18, 2018 – Ed Chansky, an intellectual property shareholder in global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Las Vegas office gave a CLE presentation titled “Privacy and Data Security Update: Data Privacy and Security Law Compliance Challenges for US Businesses in 2018 and Beyond” for the Nevada Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel on Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2018.

The presentation focused on data privacy and security regulation frameworks, and the new consumer privacy law in California slated to take effect in 2020, which could affect eCommerce companies nationwide.
