Greenberg Traurig's Antitrust Practice Represents Farelogix in Acquisition by Sabre

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Dec. 7, 2018 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP acted as co-counsel to Sandler Capital Management and Farelogix arising from Sabre’s acquisition of Farelogix. The deal is expected to close in late 2018 or early 2019.

Andrew Berg, chair of Greenberg Traurig’s Global Antitrust Litigation & Competition Regulation Practice and a shareholder in the Global Litigation Practice in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, served as co-counsel with Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP on the antitrust issues involved in the acquisition.
