Berlin, March 6, 2018 – Greenberg Traurig Germany advised LaSalle Investment Management (LaSalle) on the acquisition of the "Salamanderhaus" in Stuttgart. LaSalle acquired the property on behalf of the Testina investment foundation for approximately EUR 73 million by way of a share deal. Testina is a Swiss investment foundation for real estate investments. The seller was La Francaise Group.
The "Salamanderhaus" combines office and retail space and is fully let to a diverse tenant base. Greenberg Traurig Germany advised LaSalle comprehensively on all legal aspects of the transaction.
