WARSAW – Oct. 25, 2019 – Lawyers from the Greenberg Traurig, LLP Warsaw office advised Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. on the joint venture agreement with Discovery Communications Europe Limited and TVN S.A. regarding the establishment of a new OTT streaming platform.
OTT – over the top – media service, is a streaming media service offered directly to viewers over the Internet. OTT bypasses traditional cable, broadcast and satellite television. The created platform will provide domestic and foreign viewers with access to movies, tv shows, documentaries, sports and other entertainment features.
Greenberg Traurig provided comprehensive legal advice regarding the transaction.
