LOS ANGELES – Dec. 5, 2019 –Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP released Episode 13 of its Trade Secret Law Evolution Podcast titled “Lettuce, Baseball, and Circumstantial Evidence.”
Co-hosted by Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Jordan D. Grotzinger and Associate Kevin J. Cole, Episode 13 explores what constitutes a trade secret and how it can be a combination of public and proprietary elements. Grotzinger and Cole also address the value of circumstantial evidence in the featured cases.
