Greenberg Traurig’s Neil Oberfeld Admitted as American College of Real Estate Lawyers Fellow

DENVER – April 8, 2019 – Neil Oberfeld, co-chair of the National Real Estate Leasing Practice at global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, has been admitted as a Fellow to the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL).

ACREL, according to its website, is “the premier organization of U.S. real estate lawyers.” The organization’s fellowship is invitation-only and is offered to attorneys for their “outstanding legal ability, experience and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of real estate law.”

Oberfeld, a member of Greenberg Traurig’s Denver office, focuses his practice on acquisition, development, leasing, finance, and investment transactions. He assists national and regional retailers, developers, institutional owners, and investors in real estate and general business matters.

Regularly recognized for his legal achievements, Oberfeld has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America, the Chambers USA Guide, and Super Lawyers magazine. He is also a frequent speaker at national and regional conferences including the International Conference of Shopping Centers and U.S. Green Building Council.
