Bornstein has broad experience in patent, trademark, and copyright litigation, inter partes review proceedings, ITC litigation, licensing, and general IP counseling for an expansive variety of national and international clients. He also has broad experience working with clients to develop tailored prosecution and enforcement strategies that support their business objectives.
Schindler, chair of the firm’s Global Patent Prosecution Group, has more than 25 years of legal experience in virtually all aspects of patent prosecution. He has helped companies of all sizes build and manage large patent portfolios, develop in-house procedures, and formulate intellectual property strategies. Schindler has also worked in numerous patent litigations to develop an overall case strategy that involves complementing a litigation strategy with actions at the USPTO. He has been involved in dozens of reexamination proceedings and over 50 IPR proceedings at the USPTO.
