NEW YORK August 5, 2019 – Working together from at least six offices and as many different practices, a team at global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented Centre Partners, a middle market private equity firm, in its sale of Stonewall Kitchen, a leading manufacturer of premium branded specialty food and gift products.

Centre Partners, founded in 1986, has offices in New York and Los Angeles. It is known to focus on making control investments in North American based businesses, predominantly in the consumer and healthcare industries.  Founded in 1991, Stonewall Kitchen, according to its website, has more than 6,000 wholesale accounts nationwide and internationally. It also reports an online direct-to-consumer business; a flagship campus in York, Maine, featuring a company store, café, and cooking school; and nine retail stores located throughout New England.
