WARSAW – 22 November 2021 – Greenberg Traurig advised CA IMMO on a transaction concerning the sale of all shares in the company holding the Wspólna 47-49 office building located in Śródmieście, the central district of Warsaw, to the French group Yareal.
The office building located at Wspólna 47/49 offers over 7,600 sqm of office space on six levels as well as a three-level underground car park.
The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Senior Associate Filip Widuch, supported by Associate Alicja Flis.
Deputy Managing Partner Radomił Charzyński provided strategic supervision over the transaction.
