Jerry Goldberg to Speak at New York City Bar Association’s Live Webcast

NEW YORK – May 3, 2021 – Jerry Goldberg, a shareholder in global law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP’s New York City office and co-chair of the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice’s Labor-Management Relations group, will speak at the New York City Bar Association’s CLE Program on the “Drafting Separation Agreements in Employment Matters” on May 5 at 12 p.m. EDT.

The live webcast will feature experienced panelists who will “cover numerous legal issues and challenges that arise when drafting and negotiating separation agreements and will provide practical tips and tools to enhance your drafting and negotiating skills,” according to the New York City Bar Association’s website. Goldberg will speak on matters relating to whether to offer a separation agreement, frequently negotiated provisions, restrictive covenants, and separation agreements in the context of collective bargaining agreements.

Goldberg focuses his practice on virtually all aspects of labor and employment law, including the traditional labor/union-management area, employment discrimination, executive employment, severance agreements, and wage and hour laws.
