CHICAGO – June 15, 2021 – Nancy Peterman, a shareholder in global law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP’s Restructuring & Bankruptcy Practice, will speak at the Virtual American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) Central States Bankruptcy Workshop on June 17 at 1:15 p.m. CDT. Her panel is titled “Have We Got a Sale for You!” and will discuss how to address and negotiate appropriate bid procedures and run an effective sales process.

Peterman is chair of the Chicago Restructuring & Bankruptcy Practice. She focuses her practice on complex corporate restructurings and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions involving special situations and distressed companies, whether implemented in court or out of court. Peterman has represented private equity funds, debtors, sellers, purchasers, investor groups, and creditors in these matters, and has experience in numerous industries, including manufacturing, real estate, retail, and gaming, with a particular focus on health care.
