Greenberg Traurig advised investment banks on the SPO of Celon Pharma

WARSAW, July 23, 2021 - Greenberg Traurig acted as legal counsel to a syndicate of investment banks in the public offering of shares in Celon Pharma S.A. (“Celon Pharma”) and the admission of Celon Pharma shares to listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

As part of the SPO, Celon Pharma offered 6 million series D shares at a price of PLN 36. The value of the shares sold in the SPO was PLN 216 million.

Greenberg Traurig advised Dom Maklerski Banku Handlowego S.A. as an investment firm, global coordinator and joint bookrunner, Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG, Erste Group Bank AG and Erste Securities Polska S.A. as global coordinators and joint bookrunners, Jefferies GmbH and Jefferies International Limited, as joint bookrunners, and Trigon Dom Maklerski S.A. as the co-lead managers.

The transaction was led by Partner Rafał Sieński who was supported by Associate Michał Bałdowski and Associate Łukasz Chmura
