Matthew L. Crockett focuses his practice on oil, gas and natural resources development, environmental law and litigation. He has years of experience with the acquisition, divestiture and leasing of state, federal, Indian, and fee lands; surface issues and enforcement; permitting for exploration, production, injection and disposal operations; contracts; transactions; litigation; regulatory efforts and governmental affairs support. Matt has also represented clients before administrative agencies, boards, and courts including the Interior Boards of Indian and Land Appeals; Utah Board of Oil, Gas and Mining; Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission; Wyoming Oil and Gas Commission; and North Dakota Industrial Commission.
