Flavia Guancioli advises domestic and international clients on real estate transactions. Her work focuses on acquisition, disposals and leasing of single assets as well as commercial, industrial, hospitality and residential real estate portfolios. Flavia has also advised corporate clients on shares deal related to the development of real estate projects.
Flavia has also gained experience in business and company law, with particular reference to the drafting and negotiation of civil contracts, as well as performing due diligence activities.
