Nicole Herron advises clients on a wide range of employment law issues and workplace law matters. She focuses her practice on helping clients avoid litigation through day-to-day proactive counsel on the development and administration of employment policies. In situations where litigation cannot be avoided, Nicole advises clients on available legal strategies. She counsels clients in a range of industries including retail, hospitality, restaurant, and transportation.
