Cristina Alma McNeiley counsels clients on labor and employment matters, including drafting policies and handbooks, preparing presentations for client trainings and counseling, and drafting employment agreements. She has experience conducting extensive legal research and preparing memoranda related to commercial litigation, labor and employment, and associations and foundations.

Cristina also has deep litigation experience, having engaged in commercial litigation for large institutional clients in the pharmaceutical and insurance industries. She has drafted and revised large vendor contracts and cancellation letters for major associations and foundations.
