Association in collaboration with the Energy Bar Association, Southern Chapter. It brings together utlity regulatory practioners from government, industry, and others in the public and private sectors for annual continuing
education, networking, and fellowship. The program will provide practical real-world information, addressing financing of renewables, Federal Energy Regulation Commission/State jurisdiction, negotiated policy making on
bringing solar and utilities together, and on Florida’s 2017 law on collocation of wireless telecommunications devices on utility poles. Attendees will be provided with a thought-provoking update on utility issues and the
opportunity for regional collaboration and networking.
