Every election year, City & State hosts a retreat for the newly elected officials. They bring in experts to offer insight into important issues that newly elected Council Members will face during their time in elected office. Mark Weprin, Shareholder in the New York office will speak on the panel entitled "Life in the Council" at 10:45am and Ed Wallace, Co-Chair of the New York office will speak on the panel entitled "Land Use" at 1:30pm.
Mark previously served as a member of the New York City Council and Ed previously served as the City Council Member-at-Large (Manhattan) and then Chief of Staff to the New York City Council President.
