James Masterman, shareholder in Greenberg Traurig’s Boston office, will speak on two panels at the American Law Institute’s Eminent Domain and Land Valuation Litigation course taking place Thursday, January 25 to Saturday, January 27, 2018. On January 25, Masterman will speak on the panel entitled “Quarterbacking the Case: Blocking Defenses, Controlling the Witnesses and Converting for Verdicts” from 3:15-4:00 p.m. He will also present on a second panel entitled, “Project Influence: How to Educate the Bench ” on January 26 from 2:00-2:45 p.m.
