On Monday, April 23, 2018, Michael Taylor, chair of Greenberg Traurig’s Labor & Employment Practice's OSHA group will present at the 14th Global Congress on Process Safety. In session 18 of the conference, Taylor will speak on the legal implications of using contractors as operators.
