Rutgers Law School Transactional Law Competition

Seth Zuckerman judged Rutgers Law School's Transactional Law Competition. The competition gave students studying transactional law the opportunity to put their knowledge to work at a two-day competition testing their skills in negotiating a business acquisition, as counsel for both buyers and sellers.
