The Philadelphia office will host the Environmental Law Institute for this program which focuses on the risk modeling analysis utilized to quantify the unknown costs of conducting long-term work during Superfund settlements. It will also examine how those techniques can be translated into a firm fixed-price-to-closure contracting arrangement that help parties craft a comprehensive settlement. David G. Mandelbaum will serve as moderator and Curtis B. Toll as a panelist.
