36th Annual Fall Institute on Intellectual Property Law

Greenberg Traurig is proud to sponsor Houston Intellectual Property Law Association's 36th Annual Fall Institute on Intellectual Property Law October 1 -3. GT Houston's Dwayne Mason, Head of GT Texas' Intellectual Property Litigation Practice, is the Chair of the event and will give the opening and closing remarks each day. Houston Shareholder Mark Chretien is serving as the Institute's Secretary this year. The program will feature panels discussing recent cases and practitioner guidance, plus a judicial panel. GT Of Counsel Ira Hatton will be serving as a speaker on the topic of "Patent Jurisdiction (ITC/IPR/IPA) on Saturday, October 3 at 11:00 a.m. The keynote address will be delivered by Hon. Jeffrey V. Brown, U.S. District Court Southern District of Texas, and the Hon. Wallace Jefferson, Alexander Dubose Jefferson LLP (former Chief Justice of the Texas Supreme Court) as the Diversity Speaker. The event is offered both in-person and virtually.
