Shareholder Roland Garcia is Co-Chair of the Mayor's Hispanic Advisory Board and served as an emcee for the program. In recognition of this year’s Hispanic Heritage Month, Mayor Sylvester Turner and the Mayor’s Hispanic Advisory Board honored five exemplary Houstonians.
