Greenberg Traurig, LLP and MassMEDIC will co-host a two part webinar series, "Legal Toolkit for Early Stage MedTech Companies," discussing best practices and missteps to avoid for companies at any stage of growth. The first session will take place on Wednesday, March 10 from 9:00 - 10:00 am and will discuss corporate and intellectual property best practices including entity formation, founder agreements, funding, and patents and trademark protection. Emily Ladd-Kravitz, shareholder and co-chair of the firm's Emerging Technology Practice, and Jaime Burke, associate in the Intellectual Property & Technology Practice, will present the first session.
On Wednesday, March 24, GT shareholder Mian Wang and associate Elizabeth Georgiopoulos, both in the Litigation Practice, will present the second session in this series which will discuss compliance with privacy laws and risk management of disputes. This session will take place from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm EST.
