Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) - Health Law Institute 2022 Webinar

Health Care & FDA Practice Shareholder Robert P. Charrow will serve as a featured speaker during PBI's Health Law Institute 2022. The two-day CLE program, presented virtually this year, draws health law practitioners from across the Commonwealth, providing insights on and developments in the health law field. Charrow will discuss aspects of the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP) Act, diving into some of the act's declarations from the U.S. Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services and their affect on health care providers.
