2022 ELFA Legal Forum

GT Global Co-Chair of Energy Project Finance John Eliason is participating in the 2022 ELFA (Equipment Leasing and Finance Association) Legal Forum in Washington, D.C. May 1-3. Eliason is serving as a panelist on May 2 on the topic of, "ESG with a Focus on E-Financing Opportunities: Solar Energy, WIndfarm and Electric Vehicles." The breakout session will include an overview of tax equity financing for solar energy projects, an overview of the tax equity financing of windfarms utilizing the partnership flip structure and a discussion of opportunities in electric vehicle financing.
