Greenberg Traurig has invested in third-party and proprietary software which allows for tracking, managing, and reporting on alternative fee arrangements as well as budgeted hourly matters. Key staff members, including a Chief Pricing Officer, financial analysts, and legal project managers, actively assist the client and GT legal team in developing and managing alternative fee arrangements.

The certification process is thorough but critical in today's data-driven business climate. The ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard specifies requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an information security management system, including compliance with more than 100 controls in areas covering Access Control, Encryption, Incident Management, Business Continuity, Policies, Human Resources, Asset Management, and beyond.
