DuBosar & Kirsner join as shareholders
MIAMI, FL -- October 13, 1997 -- Greenberg Traurig, an international law firm with 340 attorneys in nine offices, has opened an office in Boca Raton, Florida to better serve its clients in that growing area. Howard DuBosar and Marvin Kirsner have joined the firm as shareholders while Rachel Dolnick has joined as an associate.
The firm intends to expand the office to meet the growing needs of its clients in Boca Raton and south Palm Beach County. The Boca office will be managed locally by Howard DuBosar, while Howard Bregman, managing shareholder of Greenberg Traurig's West Palm Beach office, takes on responsibility for the firm's overall management in Palm Beach County.
"We will continue to expand our practice in Palm Beach County," Bregman said. "The addition of these three attorneys plus the eight lawyers we have added in our West Palm Beach office since January has positively impacted our Palm Beach practice. The West Palm Beach and Boca Raton offices will work closely together to offer our clients access to the full range of legal resources they need."
The Boca Raton office, located at 1 Boca Place, 2255 Glades Road, is the third new office Greenberg Traurig has opened in 1997. Earlier this year, the firm opened offices in Sao Paulo, Brazil and Philadelphia.

DuBosar's practice focuses on commercial litigation, debtor and creditor rights, and bankruptcy. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, he was a name partner in DuBosar & Kirsner in Boca Raton.
Kirsner's practice deals with corporate, transactional and tax related issues, including tax controversies, tax planning for business transactions, partnership and corporate formation and dissolution, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, employment agreements, tax exempt organizations, and estate planning matters. Prior to joining the firm, Kirsner was also a name partner in DuBosar & Kirsner.
Both DuBosar and Kirsner are extremely active in the Boca Raton community. Recent appointments include the election of DuBosar has Chairman of the Business and Professional Division of the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County and the re-election of Kirsner as Secretary of the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County. DuBosar is also the Capital Campaign Co-Chair for the Hillel Community Day School of Boca Raton.
L. Rachel Dolnick has joined the firm's litigation practice. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, she was an associate with DuBosar & Kirsner.
