Class of 2011 Reflects Greenberg Traurig's Diversified Platform

New York, NEW YORK (MAR. 31, 2011) — The international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP has elevated 48 attorneys to shareholder or of counsel positions, including eight attorneys in the firm’s New York City, Westchester County and Albany offices.

Elevated to shareholder were:

  • Kenneth A. Philbin, Real Estate Operations

Westchester County

  • Kenneth P. Addeo, Real Estate 
  • Gregory P. Murphy, Real Estate

Angelova concentrates on antitrust issues and complex commercial litigation matters. Hockens has a wide-range of experience in land development and land use and zoning law. Philbin has experience representing national real estate owners, managers and developers various disputes and litigations. Addeo focuses his practice on commercial real estate law and asset-based finance transactions. Murphy’s practice focuses on asset-based finance and commercial real estate.

Parmelee focuses on securities litigation and defends Wall Street brokerage firms and their employees. Phelps advises health care clients on a variety of state and federal government regulatory issues. Sacco represents managed care organizations and insurers on day-to-day administrative, corporate and regulatory health care issues.
