BOSTON (Oct. 29, 2014) — Greenberg Traurig’s Boston Intellectual Property (IP) Group congratulates its client, Nanocomp Technologies, Inc., for receiving the Boston Patent Law Association (BPLA) Invented Here! award for two groundbreaking nanotechnology inventions. The New Hampshire-based developer of carbon nanotube materials for military/defense and commercial applications was one of only three featured honorees at the Invented Here! award reception at the Museum of Science in Boston Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2014.
According to its website, the Invented Here! award celebrates our local and regional innovation communities by honoring selected New England innovators, their inventions, and the stories behind them. Now in its fourth year, the BPLA’s Invented Here! program aims to present breakthrough technologies that will shape the way people interact with each other and with the world around them, fulfill important individual and/or social needs in novel ways, and ensure a more sustainable future for our environment.
