WEST PALM BEACH, FL - (August 13, 2014) – Jason H. Okleshen, a shareholder in the West Palm Beach office of international law firm Greenberg Traurig, has been named one of the Daily Business Review’s “40 Under 40” Rising Stars.
The Daily Business Review’s Rising Stars program recognizes South Florida’s 40 most promising lawyers under the age of 40. Rising Stars are characterized by their strong leadership qualities, expertise in litigation or transactional work and commitment to pro bono, charitable and professional volunteer work.

Okleshen, a trial lawyer in the Litigation practice group, focuses his practice on real estate, commercial and business litigation. His experience includes the representation of real estate developers, financial institutions, general contractors and a variety of business owners through various contract issues, land disputes, business torts and statutory claims. Okleshen also has experience representing the manufacturer of medical devices in multi district litigation. Okleshen received a law degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and a B.A. from Emory University.
Deeply involved in both the professional and local communities, Okleshen currently serves as Co-Chair of the Commercial Litigation and Trial Advocacy section for the Palm Beach County Bar Association Bench Bar Conference and is a board member of the Soup Kitchen of Boynton Beach. He also provides pro bono legal representation to children and young adults who are “aging out” of the Palm Beach County foster care system as a part of the Independent Living Review Project of the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County.
