Event coincided with the J.P. Morgan 33rd Annual Healthcare Conference
BOSTON – Jan. 23, 2015 – Greenberg Traurig’s global Life Sciences & Medical Technology Group presented "Maximizing Value and Partnering Deals," a workshop focused on the deal-making process in the life sciences and medical technology industries Jan. 12, 2015, in San Francisco, California. The workshop coincided with the J.P. Morgan 33rd Annual Healthcare Conference. The Partnering Workshop was followed by a networking reception attended by over 300 industry executives and investors.
The workshop included topics such as deal preparation and valuation, partner selection, and best practices for executing deals, and addressed common pitfalls and challenges in partnering deals. Panelists from the United States and Europe included:
