MIAMI – Jan. 29, 2016 – Erika G. Litvak, a shareholder in the Miami Tax practice of international law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A., has been appointed Chair of the Miami Branch of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
STEP was founded in 1991 in the United Kingdom and it has more than 20,000 members from across 95 countries. The STEP Miami chapter was founded in 2000 and is one of the largest chapters in the United States representing more than 250 members consisting of professionals from across South Florida’s accounting, legal, banking and fiduciary sectors. As Chair, Litvak will play a leading role in all of the affairs of the branch, including the organization of monthly branch events and the annual STEP Miami Summit conference.

At Greenberg Traurig, Litvak concentrates her practice on taxation, with a special emphasis on international taxation. She is an author and frequent lecturer who routinely speaks on a variety of topics, in English and Spanish, to both U.S. and international audiences.
