NEW YORK – Nov. 10, 2016 – Shareholder Robert C. Epstein with the international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP will be participating in a panel of leading industry practitioners at the 31st annual Construction SuperConference, taking place Dec. 5-7, 2016, at The Encore at Wynn Las Vegas, Nevada. The American Bar Association Section of Litigation is a Partner Association of the conference.
Epstein will moderate the panel, “International Construction Contracting: Use and Application of the FIDIC Form Contracts,” to be held Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2016, from 2:15 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. PT. The panel will address international construction contracting and the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) standard form contracting books used in international construction projects. Additional speakers on the panel are: William J. Wray, Shareholder, Holley, Driggs, Walch, Fine, Wray, Puzey & Thompson; Mike Carrato, Vice President, Legal & Contract Management, Alstom Transport; and Mike Kolloway, Deputy General Counsel, Parsons Corporation.
