MCLEAN, Va. – Dec. 5, 2016 – Greenberg Traurig, LLP Of Counsel Jonathan A. Beckham will participate in the ACC National Capital Chapter presentation entitled “Tools for Negotiating Joint Ventures in a Time of Technological Transformation.”
The program discussion will feature additional presenters from Capital One and Genpact, and will focus on joint ventures as a vehicle for harnessing technological innovation. The presentation will take place Thursday, Dec. 8, in the Northern Virginia office of Greenberg Traurig from 12:00 to 2 p.m.

Beckham focuses his practice on sophisticated, cross-border commercial and corporate transactions, with an emphasis on technology transactions, outsourcing and general corporate matters. He negotiates transactions relating to the development of cloud infrastructure and networks, and the license of cloud services to leading financial institutions and other enterprise customers. Beckham has negotiated and participated in numerous merger and acquisition, corporate finance, and joint venture transactions involving technology and data licenses and services.
