4 Bracewell Attys Follow Giuliani To Greenberg Traurig

Four more lawyers have left Bracewell LLP in the wake of name partner and former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani’s departure, taking their expertise in advising clients in white collar matters and government policy and following Giuliani to Greenberg Traurig LLP, the firm said Friday.

Robert S. Frenchman and Laurence A. Levy join Greenberg Traurig’s New York office as shareholders, along with associates Kedar S. Bhatia and Kate E. Olivieri.

The quartet is the latest in a string of attorneys to leave Bracewell, the most notable of which was Giuliani, whodeparted last month to take over Greenberg Traurig’s cybersecurity and crisis management practice. He was joined by colleague Marc Mukasey, a former supervisory federal prosecutor who headed the white collar criminal defense and special investigations practice at Bracewell.
