Blackstone Mortgage Trust Inc. and SL Green Realty Corp. have provided $376 million in new financing in connection with Kushner Cos.’ recent $340 million purchase of the Watchtower building in Brooklyn’s Dumbo district from the Jehovah’s Witnesses, working with a trio of law firms, according to records made public in New York on Thursday.
Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP represented Blackstone and SL Green, Greenberg Traurig LLP guided Kushner and LIVWRK LLC, one of Kushner’s partners, and Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison LLP represented CIM Group Inc., Kushner’s other partner for the property.
