Greenberg Traurig hired Bernadette M. Rappold, most recently a partner at McGuireWoods focusing on energy and environmental regulatory issues. Prior to that she was director of the EPA’s Special Litigation and Projects Division in the Office of Civil Enforcement, to the firm's environmental and litigation practices in Washington.
