A shareholder at the West Palm Beach office of Greenberg Traurig, Layman has concentrated his practice in commercial real estate transactions and land use law for more than 30 years. Earlier this year, he represented the developer of the ultra-luxury condominium, The Bristol, in West Palm Beach, in all related land acquisitions and in the closing of its $206 million construction loan. He also represented an affiliate of the Amirsaleh Family Trust in a $19.5 million purchase of Via Bice, on Worth Avenue in Palm Beach.
