Ryan D. Bailine Moderates Annual RealInsight Florida Multifamily Summit

MIAMI – Oct. 26, 2017 Ryan D. Bailine, a Shareholder in the Land Development Practice Group of international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will moderate a keynote fireside chat with David Adler, president of Adler Development, and Michael Adler, chairman and chief executive officer of Adler Group, during the Sixth Annual RealInsight Florida Multifamily Summit Nov. 2 at The Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort.

The Multifamily Summit is considered the annual meeting place for the leading multi family owners, investors and developers. This highly interactive conference addresses today’s toughest challenges in investment, development, financing, construction, deal flow and property management.

This keynote interview should be particularly insightful since Bailine has worked closely with the Adler team on several real estate development projects in South Florida - some of which are complete and others are just getting off the ground. The interview will include a discussion about the Adler's evaluation and strategic approach to public-private development opportunities, as well as urban and sub-market forecasts.

A shareholder in the firm’s Miami office, Bailine’s practice focuses on the development of complex real estate projects, including real estate, land use, regulatory and financing aspects. Particularly noted for his responsiveness to his clients’ needs and his development acumen, he represents some of the most active and prolific developers in Florida, advising on residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use projects, including Transit Oriented Developments (TOD) and affordable housing developments. Bailine routinely works with local, regional and national regulatory agencies to facilitate the permitting, construction and financing of real estate projects, including negotiating ground leases, development agreements and development rights transfers, together with infrastructure and utility components.
